What are the strengths of long-form content?
Long-form content is shot in a 16:9 aspect ratio, over 60 seconds long, and is meant to represent the primary portion of your social media account.
Long-form content thrives as the center piece of your socials and marketing, showing off your brand in a spectacular fashion. It may not garner as much attention as short-form content, but those who tune in will be more likely to stick around for future content.
This type of content requires more considerate planning to ensure the best quality possible.
What are the strengths of short-form content?
Short-form content focuses on 30-60 seconds shorts filmed in a 9:16 aspect ratio. Short-form content specializes in aiding your social media account’s growth, and is a great way to accumulate views and followers quickly.
It is also an outlet to get really creative, to show the world your personality and invite audiences to get to know you. Or perhaps one would prefer to use this type of content to produce step by step tutorials.
